The complexity of surgical instruments is known by all those who carry out their professional work in an operating room. The large number of elements handled by the nurses in a surgical intervention makes it necessary to know them for the correct identification, management and subsequent delivery to the surgeon.
With this app you can access lists of images of surgical instruments, classified by items, and take questionnaires to review their name and some characteristics.
Our objective is NOT to create an atlas of instruments with all those available on the market. It is about including the most commonly used ones, within each specialty, to encourage the professional to become familiar with them in an enjoyable way. Following this idea, we will expand the list available in successive updates, always with an educational intention.
